Ferenc's first camera was his grandfather's old film camera that taught him to slow down, to commit to the frame and to trust his eye before pressing the shutter. His photography apprenticeship deepened that foundation with lots of hands-on time in the studio: lighting setups, large and medium format cameras, developing film in the darkroom — a tactile understanding of light and image that runs through everything he creates today.
Ferenc works as director and directing DP across commercial, brand and documentary projects. Having operated at every level of a film production, he understands what each role needs to deliver and brings that knowledge to every project he takes on. New challenges keep him sharp and push the work even further.
His love for celluloid says something about how he works — super 8, 16mm and analog photography are still part of his practice today. A belief that craft matters, that images should be felt as much as seen, and that the best work always has something real at its core.
